I can't open photoshop CC 2014 anymore - student cloud

Hey guys,

I got the "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition" in sept 14'. When I was on vacation this summer my wallet got stolen, so I had to close all my cards, including my visa card, which I was using for paying adobe. Since then I had some troubles with the system. I updated my new card with every detail, still the cloud gave me a countdown of 30 days until it would expire. I thought Its just about the fact, that it took me some days until I fully put in all the details from my new credit card, but I finished this process days ago and today I finally reached the end of the countdown, sp I'm now no longer able to access my adobe programs... I just checked my payment details and they are correct. I don't know what to do... Id really need to access my programs to keep on working. Any Ideas what could have caused the issue?

Well now im able to access it via a 30 days trial membership.. anyway it helps me to finish my todays work, so the stress is gone, thanks for that!

Ill see, as you said, it might takes some time to get it done completely, but your trick bought me some time, so I should be good, thanks!

Hi Raffael,

I see you have a creative cloud subscription under the same email Id that you are using with forums . your card was charged today however the subscription has not yet been activated . Would request you to kindly sign out / sign in  from your creative cloud application :-sign in and sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app., also it takes atleast 24-48 hrs for adobe to reactivate your subscription .

In case it does not  work you can get in touch with customer care , till then you may use the trial version .
