I verified my account but it's not in the list of PDF.

It says "access denied" when I try to download it: http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/11/win32/AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe?PID=2159997

Is there another place to download from?

    Hi California30,

I wanted to touch base to make sure you read and followed the 'important steps' as you scrolled down the page to the install link? If not - this is why you are being denied access.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind regards, Stacy

    Hi California30,

After Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

    Please refer : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/download-assistant-faq.html#main_How_do_I_download_a_trial_version_of_Creative_Suite_or_Elements_software_

The only thing I see after I login is the screen that says: "Welcome". The list below is empty no matter which category I select. Could it be it's because I downloaded the Download Asiistant before I had an account?

    No it should not matter.

Alternatively you can try downloading it from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-xi-pro-standard-reader-direct-download-links.html

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.
