Question
I can't seem to get my serial number upon entering code from purchased card because it says that this code is associated with another user id. I cannot figure out what email is associated with it! I have checked all possible sign up emails to see if
- bought the program from office depot.
- tried installing it and stopped short for whatever reason
- tried to install it at a later date
- trying to get a serial #
- says that the code i entered is already associated with an email
- for the life of me cannot figure out which email addrss that is!!!
- have checked all possible emails to see if there were any subscriptions/serial # associated with it.
so, anyway can someone please tell me how to backtrack to find which email address a code is associated with!!/?
