i can't sign in.

I signed up thanks to the collaboration between Adobe and National Geographic. When I saw the collaboration I couldn't register at that time, so I asked my brother to do it for me. Now I can't use the suite anymore, I asked my brother why and he told me he put a random school in the record. Can I change school and solve this problem?
