I can't type the email address and password in the Sign-in after product installation (Adobe Acrobat Pro)

Hi,

I downloaded Adobe acrobat English-Arabic version of Middle East, Pro package, and then after the download and installation, it requires Sign-in for product activation (although I have submitted the serial no. and it was accepted), then when that screen of Sign In opens, it never accept to type the username and Password.

I have tried to re-start, and never worked.

Tried to un-install and re-install it in another new folder, the same issue of sign in. Please I want immediate support as I feel the product is not working and should have another version.

My windows version is Win 7 Hope premium .

    Can you try to sign in with some other Adobe ID?
