I can't uninstall/update lightroom.

It's saying i need to close the program to get it updated but it is not closing.

If you're on Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task manager.

Right click Lightroom, and choose End task.

There is probably a similar procedure on Mac, but I'm not a Mac user.
