I can't update to Premiere Pro CC 2018

I wasn't able to update Premiere because I didn't update my mac, but I just updated it, and all my other apps have been updated, but every time I try to update Premiere I get an error message saying "Another installer instance is running. Wait for it to finish and try again." But I'm not installing anything else. So I waited for like an hour and it keeps giving me the same message every time I try to update it. I thought it was just Premiere, so I tried installing another app but I just got the same error message as I did with Premiere.

Could some one please help?

Moniquelove, I am sorry that you are receiving the error that another installer is running while installing Premiere Pro CC.  What version of macOS are you installing Premiere Pro CC on?

Have you rebooted the computer yet? If so then please review the install log for the exact error preventing Premiere Pro CC from installing.  For information on how to locate the install log see Creative Cloud download and install errors .  Please post any errors you discover in this discussion.

I am running macOS High Sierra, and I have restarted my computer and Premiere is currently updating at the moment. Thank you so very much for your help. <3
