There are hundreds of Adobe files on my computer that I want to get off and it's taking me hours to figure out how to get them off and I can't get them all off. Does anybody else have as much trouble as I am, it's taking me hours and Adobe is no help. The files just keep coming back and there's more and there's more and there's more Jesus what what is it? It's driving me crazy I tell you Adobe is a very terrible company to get away with this. It's just ridiculous. shut, Adobe down

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    , do a clean cc uninstall carefully following each applicable step:

    uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

    then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

    clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
