No, same useless page page without any way to chat nor talk to anyone. Is there some link that won’t lead me - yet again - to https://helpx.adobe.com/es/support.html where no one is contactable? Thanks

    Thank you for posting, Carola.

I apologize for any problems you have encountered reaching us, and for not finding more value from Adobe Stock.

I can confirm there are no records of any attempts to reach us. Please use a different device to contact us at https://adobe.ly/4yhlFYL to speak with a member of our team who can help you process your refund request.

If the device or network you are using is managed by an organization, Carola, then you will need their help to reach us at https://adobe.ly/4yhlFYL.

For more information about canceling Adobe Stock, see https://adobe.ly/4yhlHjl. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Carola. ^JW

I appreciate the update, @Carola Galvez, and I understand how frustrating this is.

I checked again, and there are still no records of any attempts to reach us, so the device or network you are using to contact us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen appears to be blocked. This could be by design if a school or organization manages the device.

You can use a smartphone or tablet to reach us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen, but you will need to contact us directly to have any action taken on your account, @Carola Galvez.

There won’t be any additional responses from Adobe employees in this public discussion forum over the weekend, but English chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.

Please find someone locally who can help you reach us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen if you are not able to see the chat dialog box, @Carola Galvez.
