I cancelled my InDesign CC-plan but still get invoiced

Hi,

I February I received a confirmation that my license was cancelled but I still receive invoices, see below. When will I receive my last invoice?

Prenumerationsuppsägning

Hej Kim,

Det här meddelandet bekräftar att er ettårsprenumeration av Adobe har avbrutits. Du kan fortsätta använda din programvara under resterande förbetalda tidsperiod.

Då ni valde att avbryta er prenumeration innan den överenskomna ettårsperioden är ni därmed inte längre berättigade till den avtalade prisbilden med avseende för ettårsprenumerationer. Uträkningen av det nya beloppet baseras på prisskillnaden mellan månatliga och årliga prenumerationer för den tidsperiod er prenumeration var aktiv. Ert kommer kreditkort att debiteras SEK 1.255,63 den 01 Februari 2018.

Hi Kim,

I see you have an Adobe account associated with the same ID as the one associated with forums, however, there is no active subscription under this ID. Did you have your subscription associated with a different email ID? Could you please share the ID in a private message so that we can check the details and help you?

Hi Kim,

I see you have an Adobe account associated with the same ID as the one associated with forums, however, there is no active subscription under this ID. Did you have your subscription associated with a different email ID? Could you please share the ID in a private message so that we can check the details and help you?

dear, I have exactly the same problem and have been trying for an hour to find some customer support and it is impossible to find neither a paid phone (unless you have a current subscription) or anb email adress, this is extremely inefficient, please see the attached files, since February this year I've cancelled the plan and I stil get the invoices, if you need the invoices of the last 5 months let me know, I am attaching the visa status so you can see the payment linked to this email address
