I cannot activate my Acrobat DC licence on my new computer because the old activations remain registered to computers that were wiped and are no longer accessible. How can I reset the activations?

I have a legitimate Acrobat DC perpetual licence. On my new computer I get the message that my serial number is “already in use by the maximum allowed computers.”

My previous computers were completely wiped following a security breach, so I cannot access them to deactivate Acrobat.

Adobe Support directed me to post here. Could an Adobe employee please clear/reset the old activations so I can activate Acrobat on my new computer?

I can provide my serial number privately if required. Thank you.
