Question

I cannot activate my CS 6.0

I bought the CS 6.0 package a long time ago, and I've been happy with it.

Recently, I bought a new computer and installed the CS 6.0 programs on it.

However, it says that I've already reached the maximum activation count (2).

So, I turned on my old laptop and deactivated the serial number there.

But it's still saying that I've reached the maximum activation limit.

What can I do?

not much, now.  your old computer has to communicate the deactivation to adobe's servers and that's a problem for older computers.

you can try reactivating on the older computer, but that usually fails because deactivation is recorded locally.  but it's worth a try.

also, if you have the 2nd computer with an activated cs6, you can work with that.

Did you have another computer activated?

Deactivation is now only available if you have access to the application on the computer to be deactivated.
