I cannot cancel adobe subscription

Please help I could not cancel all my adobe subscriptions. In the My accounts, there is no option to do that.

There won’t be any cancel link. I cancelled my sunscription by calling them. even though I received the confirmation. It was not cancelled and this month I was charged. I had to chat and get it cancelled. Took me 3 hours for this. Just now got off the chat. Still nothing on refund. They are ripoffs. Be very strict with them.
