I cannot cancel my subscription and have outstanding payments

I needed to use InDesign for school, so I decided to use the free trial, because I was bogged down by other schoolwork I forgot to cancel the trial and I have just received an email saying I have an outstanding payment of $30.

I understand this is my mistake but I have no option to cancel under my plans when looking and quite frankly, I don't know what to do. Is it possible that I won't be charged because I haven't used any Adobe products yet? And is there an alternative way to cancel my subscription?

Please help me, I'm just a dumb high school kid who is already in trouble with his parents and I know have this. Any help appreciated.
