I cannot download any of the Desktop apps. Getting no response.

Hi,

I'm on a new mac book pro OS X version 10.9.2. and I have tried on both Chrome and Safari to download Dreamweaver and also Photoshop with no luck. I am within my account trying this, we are all paid up, the links are shown, it says it's downloading, but nothing. Then, if I click the retry button, still nothing.
