I cannot download Creative Cloud app

I am trying to download the CC app prior to attempting to get a trial for CC photography.  I am reluctant to pay up front after 2 previous attempts to download Elements 13 and 14 both failed (I got my money back).  the download starts, Norton says its safe, the loading bar starts to roll then simply stops.  I am giving Adobe one last chance here.  So-called help just sends me round in circles.  I there anyone out there who can help please?

Correct answer Anupriya Khare

Do you get any error message when it stops ?

You may try the solution 2 mentioned in Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop and then retry the installation.

Hope this will help you.

‌Many thanks for this.

I deleted opm.db and the problem is solved!

The file is in here:

  • Windows 7: Drive:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Adob
  • in Windows 7, it's possible that the /Users/user_name/Library folder is hidden.

I wonder if this file stopped me loading Elements 13 and 14. In any event I have a 30 trial running now for Lightroom and Photoshop CC. All being well I will eventually subscribe to this.

THany you you once again.
