I cannot download Fireworks (50 % through the process I get an an error message) Please help!

I'm installing through Creative Cloud.  I'd appreciate if someone can help, because I cannot get any Adobe help via telephone. I'm trying to download Fireworks through my Creative Cloud desktop icon.  When I try to install it, it goes 50%, then an error message says:

"Please close the following applications to continue", then it lists Adobe Dreamweaver CC.  The strange thing is, Dreamweaver is not open!!

Please help!

Hi JS Chap,

Please restart the computer and try again. it should work. If you still get the same error then please check Task Manager in Windows and Activity Monitor in Mac for any Adobe application and close if it is running.
