I cannot download the free trial of InDesign or Photoshop

I have downloaded the creative cloud but cannot download/update InDesign or Photoshop, these are the applications I want to trial in order to purchase at a later date if satisfied. The error code is 49 and I have retried as directed on a number of occasions, please advise.
