I cannot download the products I used to use, due to Adobe removing functionality

Hello.

I used to be an ardent user of Adobe programs, but I stopped using them back in 2018. Today I have tried to return to Adobe Programs, only to discover that Creative Cloud now blocks me from installing the old Photoshop versions I used to own becuase I am on Windows 7.

Currently, it appears that you have to own Windows 10 just for the option to download a previous version. This is awful! Is there any other way of downloading the versions I used to use on my PC?
