I cannot enter any letter of the serial number (just numbers). The num lock is not the problem.

Dear all, as one of the installation steps I have been asked to enter my serial number. The problem is that my serial number has letters (not just numbers) as part of it. I cannot continue with the installation. Probably someone can help me.

    That may be an alpha-numeric redemption code which you use to obtain a (numbers only) serial number

    Serial numbers do not have letters... whatever you are trying to use is not an Adobe serial number.
