I cannot even download the downloader from the website because the site turns blank when I open it

As said, everytime I try to go on the download link of example photoshop or the Creative Cloud downloader, a site loads which is just blank.

Or you may download Adobe Application Manager and update it to Creative Cloud desktop

Steps for updating Adobe Application Manager

once Adobe Application Manager installed, on your Spot light search Adobe Application Manager and Run. It will update to Creative Cloud desktop
