I cannot Export my projects because the media is not avaible

I need help my Adobe ID is offline but it keeps saying I am logged in yet my work will not export because I have offline media

And that is supposed to mean what...? Sorry, but you have not provided any relevant technical info like what program you are actually referring to running on what system and what exactly you are trying to do. and if this is a specific workflow issue with program X, you should ask in the forum for whatever this program is...
