Hi
i had a subscription for an adobe xd starter plan and have been using for quite a while. my old system got fried so i had to get a new one (both had/have win 10). I logged into my CC account. Tried to install XD

Following are the responses for both
Try (this product is not available in you region contact resellers)
Buy (this product is not available in you region contact resellers)

i havent moved any where and use no vpn, and using the same isp

Scoured through some fourms and got a link
https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html?clickref=1101lwBDaUZZ&mv=affiliate&mv2=pz&as_camptype=&as_channel=affiliate&as_source=partnerize&as_campaign=prodesigntools

Tried to install it but a CC window popups up saying its not in my subscription plan (try / buy / free trail)
Responces of try / buy / free trail  - this product is not available in you region contact resellers

any kinda help will be appreciated

Sadly nothing worked for me 😢

if your computer meets specs, contact adobe support.

specs - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Please refer to this pdf to check if Creative Cloud is available in your country or not:

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
