I have bought and payed for a one year plan and have installed several apps on my mac osx. Everything works perfectly. But I would love to use InDesign on my windows computer too, so I have downloaded the cc-client, have logged into my account and wanted to install the app, but it doesn't work. The "app" section does not appear in my client and when I try to download the InDesign app from the website, it asks me what application ot open the link with. I chose the cc-client and then nothing happens.

Can you post a screen shot of what you see in the CC manager on your windows machine?

In the meanwhile this might point you in the right direction.

Also can you go into your CC Manager on your mac and check your preferences to see how many computers your license is activated on? You should be able to install CC apps on both systems and if you are running into a block on the windows computer it may be that you have to deactivate a computer. On how many computers can I use my Creative Cloud subscription?

Please be more specific!

What have you tried to do?

Which application is affected?

Which version of Adobe's software do you use?

Which operating system do you use?

Please post the excat numbers nad not only phrases like "recent", "latest" or so.

Do you get an error message?

Please post a screenshot to make the issue clearer.

Thank you - that seems to be the correct answer: I have installed the app on my notebook too, so as it seems I can only choose two computers to work with, my windows device would be the third, so that won't work. Thank you for your reply!

Are you signed in with your Adobe ID in the CC app in Windows? Until you sign in, apps are not available.
