Hi,

As above. I had CC installed and running for a long time with no issues. I tried recently to install premiere pro, it would constantly start installing and then hang at 44%.

I tried all of the regular troubleshooting, log in, log out, restart computer etc. That didnt fix it. I've now uninstalled all of the apps, uninstalled creative cloud, used the adobe clean up tool, and also deleted all files in the windows temp folder. I've also tried all of this with the antivirus turned off, and firewall turned off.

Now I cannot even install the base CC app, it just gets to 18% and hangs, forever, even over night.

I feel this is ridiculous, my computer is well maintained, and I do not have problems with any other software or drivers. Firmwares, drivers and all windows updates are installed, and I have been unable to use the software I am paying for. I really just need to get it fixed.

Any suggestions? I've read all the support docs i can find as well as done some searching on the forums.

There is NO error message

Thanks in advance!

One more thing, in the time that I had it installed, i'd cancelled and then renewed my CC licence. (dropped from all to photography).

I've also just down deleted the contents of the obbe (?) folder, as well as downloaded a full 249mb CC installer from adobe, that installed fine, but now it is trying to do an update (to CC) and is stuck at 10%.

I will let it sit and wait, but given it has had this issue for weeks, i doubt it will proceed.

NathanG87342557, there is no reason to wait that long for the installation to complete. Instead please review the install log for the error that is preventing the installation from completing. For more information see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

I have the very same problem and it is not the installation that does not work, it is the DL. No error log thus, and no way to get past it (I've been trying for days now !). The only way is to get a direct link to offline installer (I got one for Creative Cloud app and Ligthroom but I can't fing any for photoshop)...
