I installed creative cloud in a HP and now would do the same thing in a new Mac.

I am enable to do this because the application says that I used my redeem code 1 time

How can I do?

Hello Lorenzo,

first, with your redemption code you got your serial number. So you are allowed (I quote from my library) to use CC the software on both a PC and Mac OS. The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously you could activate only on two instances of the same OS. That restriction has been removed. Also, if you log into a third computer on which you have installed CC, you are automatically logged out of one of the previous computers where you have logged in.

Adobe has this given these hints:

http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq.html >>> Can I use the software I download from Creative Cloud on more than one machine? >>> Yes. Creative Cloud desktop applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. However, activation is limited to two machines per individual associated with the membership. See the terms of use for more information. If you have redeemed the code once, then it is not necessary to redeem it again. The subcripton will be already assiged to your email address

You may download Creative Cloud App from below link and install other products from there
