i cannot install my open my downloaded Creative suites: Design and web premium CS6.

Hi can anyone help me? I have downloaded Creative suites: Design and web premium CS6 as my original copy has become trial version. But after downloading the file i can't open it. The support told me to download winrar to open it or extract it but i got a message that i cannot open as my archive is corrupted. What should i do?
