I cannot log into my creative cloud
Hello, I had a student creative cloud account with my high school last year but recently graduated. My student email was deactivated and the student subscription ended. I created a new subscription with a new account and email, and can login in through chrome. Any time I try to open the creative cloud app through the desktop, the screen reads "you have been signed out". When I click the "sign in" button, the screen says "loading creative cloud" and then the orginal screen pops up that says "you have been signed out" and it keeps doing this. I have uninstalled the creative cloud and reinstalled them, and the same issue is occurring. I am not sure how to fix this.
