I cannot print a canceled check. when I click on printer friendly version the window is empty. Also noticed if I click on all programs and click on Acrobat.com a window opens saying cannot connect to the internet. everthing else connnects to the inte

I cannot print a canceled check. when I click on printer friendly version the window is empty. Also noticed if I click on all programs and click on Acrobat.com a window opens saying cannot connect to the internet. everthing else connnects to the internet. I do not know what to about it. ronnbette@earthlink.net  Adobe don't seem to care.
