I cannot see any apps in my Creative Cloud, even when I try to download the apps.

Hello,

I have just bought Creative Cloud membership for one year this morning. I have installed Creative Cloud and when I click on APP on the menu there is nothing (blank). I have tried to download applications such as Photoshop and Indesign but nothing happens, it is really strange. I have spent quiet some time on this already and I feel I am not getting anywhere.

Oriol please utilize the steps listed in App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually to resolve the current error.

None of the options on the troubleshooting page work for most people, there needs to be an update that fixes this immediately.

Michaelh48782579 what version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application do you have installed?  Also which operating system are you using?  Is the behavior you are experiencing the same as the screenshot contained in the link in message #1?
