I cannot sign in

I cannot sign in into my adove creative cloud desktop app. I get the error that I'm logged off and when I then click on log on I am directed back again to the logged of error that I had. I already reinstalled the program. Didn't work. In this way, I am not able to use illustrator cause also there I end up in a loop of errors. Last week it was still working, now all of a sudden I'm logged off..

Can someone help me?

Have you tried to login into your Adobe account using a web browser?

Do you use the correct Adobe ID and the right password? Do you have check the the CAPS LOOK is active?
