I cant buy a product as its directing me to Vietnam

"Purchase Unavailable This product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Vietnam)."

Hello, im trying to buy a product from Adobe but it keeps directing me to Vietnam. However, i do not live in Vietnam, im currently in the Philippines. Just wondering if its also blocked in this country. thx

Hi Ieszere,I see your Adobe account has Vietnam as it's registered country.
