I cant buy adobe student discount

When i try to purchace adobe student discount, they say "A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.", although i have the credit card details correct. How do i fix this? I have a legitemate student email account and nothing seems wrong

    contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
