I cant download creative cloud!

I've been trying to download the creative cloud desktop app since march. Error code P:22 keeps appearing and no matter what I do it will not change. I was told to download the desktop app, and I used the alternative download link but it still shows the error code. I have a 2014 macbook air that runs on version 10.15.3
