I cant instal cs6 master collection after reinstaling windows

in 2014, I bought the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection.

Last week, finally, it was time to clean up and reinstalled Windows.

I downloaded the application from the manufacturer's website. From the order history tab.

When I tried to install, I received a message. The serial number you provided is valid, but you can not find a qualifying product on this computer.

I could not find information on the internet.

W 2014 roku kupiłem Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection .

W zeszłym tygodniu w końcu nadszedł czas na porządki i zainstalowałem od nowa Windows.

Pobrałem aplikację ze strony producenta . Z zakładki historia zamówień. Podczas próby zainstalowania otrzymałem komunikat. Podany numer seryjny jest prawidłowy, ale na tym komputerze nie można znaleźć produktu uprawniającego.

Nie mogłem znaleźć informacji w internecie.

That means that what you are trying to install (the serial number you provided during install) is for an upgrade version

You should have been given a chance by the installer to enter the serial number of the version you had before
