i cant Install adobe Creative cloud on my pc

I did all the troubleshooting guides and nothing, it always showed error 206 or error 207, I installed new Windows and then when I enter my account id and password to continue installing it either loops to where I need to enter my credentials again or error 206

did you check your browser's tls support? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206

 

to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

 

if it's not a default browser tls issue, and you tried everything at adobe's error 206 link, do this https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
