I cant install Adobe Creative Cloud / Photoshop

when i try to install photoshop only a white window appears after i have confirmed the administrator rights.

i use windows 11.

yes i updated the graphic driver.

My pc should meet the requirements

PC:

-i9-10900K

-Win11 64bit

-32Gb Ram

-RTX 3090

-Monitor res (2x)3840*2160

-760Gb of free space on the harddrive (SSD)

 

 

 


ok, the solution that the support showed me was to create a new windows account on the pc and install it on the new account after that you can also use it on the original account.

Sorry, you cannot use your new Photoshop CC membership, Patrick.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html for several solutions to resolve the connection error preventing you from completing the sign-in process.

I deactivated the antivirus and downloaded the installer, but after I started the process to install and confirmed administrator rights, I briefly see the loading screen and then the program turns white.
