yes i updated the graphic driver.

My pc should meet the requirements

PC:

-i9-10900K

-Win11 64bit

-32Gb Ram

-RTX 3090

-Monitor res (2x)3840*2160

-760Gb of free space on the harddrive (SSD)

ok, the solution that the support showed me was to create a new windows account on the pc and install it on the new account after that you can also use it on the original account.

Sorry, you cannot use your new Photoshop CC membership, Patrick.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html for several solutions to resolve the connection error preventing you from completing the sign-in process.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Patrick.

I deactivated the antivirus and downloaded the installer, but after I started the process to install and confirmed administrator rights, I briefly see the loading screen and then the program turns white.

Thanks for the update, Patrick. Keep working through the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html, and try using an alternate Internet connection.

If you need direct assistance with the process, you are welcome to contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen, although you may need to use a different device if the computer is completely blocked from contacting us, Patrick.
