I cant login my account

My keyword and Adobe ID were right. I just can't login.

Why???

Quit Adobe Creative Cloud app.

1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( " Do not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library

It will open User Library folder.

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and trash Opm.db file.

Once you had trashed Opm.db file , try to Sign in and check.

Are you trying to logging  to Adobe website or  Adobe Creative Cloud app?

Yeah I tried to logging to creative cloud app. But I can't. I changed my keyword three times and it's still not working... the point is I can login on the website. So I was really confused....
