I click to download PS on CC, it says it's downloading then redirects to a blank webpage after a few seconds. Help?

I have the 30 day free trial version of Creative Cloud, and when I click to download PhotoShop it opens a new webpage, says "Photoshop is Downloading" at the top, but then within a few seconds it stops and redirects to a blank webpage. I've tried it many times and it just keeps doing this. I'm on a Mac and my system is up to date.
