I purchased a subscription from this account yesterday. I can log in to creative cloud from my phone, but when I click on the log in option from my computer, I get an error saying that this site cannot be reached. Similarly, when I try to log in to the download application site, I cannot open the site. Finally, I found a direct link from the Adobe Help section and downloaded the setup file. However, while installing, I get an Error Code 72 warning. I followed the instructions in the Help Center again and tried to solve the problem, but it did not work. So, right now I can neither log in to Adobe Creative Cloud nor install the application.

See also here How to resolve connection errors with Creative Suite applications and check all steps tthat described in the document. Check especially you HOSTS file.

What's the exact error message? Please post it here word-by-word.

I have already made the settings in the first link you sent but nothing has changed, I am still encountering the same error when trying to install the setup file. I have just tried to apply the help in the second link but none of the links it asks me to open open. I always get the following warning: This site cannot be reached. I can access Adobe's homepage, but when I click on the sign in option, this error occurs again. The error in the CC Setup I downloaded is exactly as follows:
