I couldn't refund adobe cc.
a mounth ago, I had purchased Adobe CC.
But, I do not use it anymore.
than, I tried refunding Adobe plan.
but I coulden't refund it.

You can't refund it as Adobe CC is a subscription service. Which you have aggreed on subscribing and using for a certain amount of time either annualy which is the less expesnsive version or on monthly basis which would allow you to cancel each month.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Any membership canceled in the first 14 days is fully refundable. After 14 days, cancelation policies will apply.
To cancel a prepaid or paid-monthly annual membership, contact Customer Support. To cancel a month-to-month membership, visit your Manage Account page or contact Customer Support.
