I currently own Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection. My computer crashed and I was unable to deactivate the program. Please help me reinstall the programs, since I have exceeded the downloads due to problems with my computer. Thank you

    1. Did you deactivate Creative Suite from your previously installed devices first?
    That's critically important because your individual license has a strict 2 time activation limit. Remote deactivation of Creative Suite is not possible.

    If the old devices are dead or no longer in your possession, you're stuck. You won't be allowed to activate CS on another device.

    hello 

    I have this problem. I no longer have access to my previous accounts since I was a student at the time and they were school email accounts. I still have all of my documentation for my purchase.  The thread listed doesn't work. 

    Please help, as I can't afford to buy this program again.
