I currently used Photoshop CS3 on Windows Vista but am updating my computer to Windows 10. I want to upgrade from Photoshop CS3 but don't know which version to upgrade to. All I can find in the computer stores is Elements but don't think my photos

Do I need to upgrade Photoshop CS3 to use it with Windows 10?  If so, what is the upgrade version?  All I can find is Elements and I don't think my photos in Photoshop CS3 can be uploaded to Elements.
