i'd like to refund the Premiere Pro. it's difficult to operate to me. i know that if i refund within 2 weeks, you will get a full refund money. tomorrow is the end of day to refund. but today is weekend so customer center is not working. i'll call them on Monday, they can refund me all refund money even though it is overdue?

i've tried to get a refund on my own TT click the 'cancel plan' but they can't anything. just 'answer to customer center'
