I'd paid the cloud full 2 days ago, but my software is still a trial version.

I'd tried to log out, log in and re-installed but problem remains.  Can anyone help me?  Thank you.

I'm now using PS and AI, and I will install more for my new jobs.  Please help me >.<

Thank you.  This works!!

There are some links in the host file with adobe words.  I deleted those lines and re-login the cloud, then all works.
