I delted my project files and i used recuva to get them back

can someone please help me I delted my auto saves and everything accidentaly and now i lost a project i been working for more then 10 hours on if i try to open the files i recovered with recuva it says that the project is damaged I really dont know what to do can anyone help me?

Deleted files from where exactly?

Your computer hard drive, your Creative Cloud storage, DropBox, someplace else?  

Unless you're more specific, we don't know what you mean.

    What program were you using? Premiere Pro? After Effects? Someone will move this thread into the appropriate forum after you answered these questions.
