I did a payment for the first time but it doesn't work, why ???

Hello,

I need some help. Just bought Photoshop + Lightroom ( money from my account were taken ) but it doesn't work. I haven't received any e-mail with confirmation this transaction. I had those 2 programs before as a trail version free  7 days  now after payment few houres ago I still see comunicate buy it now !

What can I do to have it ?

I see you have an active Adobe account under the same email as with forums.

The payment for the subscription has been received and the plan is now active. Please sign out and sign back in to activate it from your end. Refer:sign in and sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app
