I did not receive the purchase program and I have a receipt from the purchase.I'm very confused.The receipt from the order is Order #10470919410

The Adobe has deducted from me.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
