I didn't get a refund

Hi

On 22nd August, I accidenaly made an Adobe account by thinking that it is a free trial. They took US$21.76 and after I have cancelled my subsribtion, they said they will give me a refund. I didn't get my money back.  What do I do?

    check your account to verify your subscription was cancelled more than 72 hours ago, https://accounts.adobe.com
