I do not know installation process Photoshop elements 11

I downloaded from Wacom a zip file to install Photoshop elements ( 1go ). I receive also a license no.

When I click on the zip file and try to activate Photoshopelements_11_All.exe I have an error message -

"Winzip met problems during operation" and detailed error message below :

 

Extraction vers "C:\Users\frederic standard\AppData\Local\Temp\wz2848\"

Utiliser le chemin : oui Superposer les fichiers : oui

Extrait PhotoshopElements_11_All.exe

Le fichier a été bloqué, l'utilisateur a choisi d'annuler le traitement.

Interrompu

I do not know how to performe the installation process - and if the probleme is with the Zip file , with winzip tool or related to my computer ( file space ..... )

If you are trying to execute a zipped file, unzip the file before trying. 

If you have a valid serial number then try downloading/installing the software directly from the Adobe web site and use your serial number to activate it.

I unzipped and obtained two files

PhotoshopElements_11_All.7z and PhtoshopElements_11_All.exe

I try to run the .exe and meet the problem

Should I do anything else ?

Have you tried the other option of downloading the file from Adobe?

Are you sure that your machine meets the minimum requirements for the software?

If this is a file that you purchased/acquired thru Wacom then your first attempt at resolution should be with them.
